Like a lot of things done in this world,the body acts before the brain is
engaged.
If they decided they where going to lock the bloody doors then why don't the
pea brains install emergency escape exits in lieu?Because they are cheap and
allowed to get away with it,until a train crashes and burns and many
passengers are killed,then the coroner recommends that emergency exits be
provided.
You don't see many coaches or air liners with out escape exits to at least
give the poor bastards a chance do you?
