I don't know whether I have or not. If I did, I was not offended, but
perhaps he wasn't there. However his contributions to the ARE Newsletter
have often struck me as strangely worded, perhaps a strange mixture of
naivety and assertiveness.

But as in the debate a couple of months ago about the alleged
deficiencies in the ARE magazine, the obvious question is "do people
complain to the ARE management?" If Albert is such a menace, then either

(a) the Board should be well aware of it, and should be accountable for
not taking action, or

(b) the Board is unaware because they are unobservant and nobody is
telling them the facts.

So which applies?
