Re: Rowville line, Knox Tram & Scoresby region (warning: gratuitous advertising)

I have to admit I always got a chuckle when the concept of the privatised franchisee were said to be now "in
competition"
Now I dont know too many commuters who could choose between them, that is use Hilside, and if not a pleasant experience
then hop over to Bayside.
These are captive markets, thats is , you live or work where you do and for all intents and purposes it is an either or
situation!!

The only competition I could imagine is percieved!! That being maybe one mob starts doing a better job with either
service, stock or pricing and so users of the other mob geta trifle miffed.
