QR Information & Booking Information Request

Can anyone supply information on the QR goods (with a minimal passenger
van) train that connects the Longreach line with the Mt. Isa line?  What
day does it operate and at what times?    Also does Queensland Railways
still answer requests for bookings?  I have tried faxing a large
itinerary to them three times without so much as an answer from them,
and all I receive over the telephone is a busy signal all day, or no
answer at all.  Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
