Where's J515?

J515 and T378 were supposed to lead 11 cars to Ballarat departing MSS
at 1420.

T378 solo hauling the 11 cars passed Sunshine at 1604.

Question 1: What's the load for a T class up Ingliston Bank?  11 cars
must be close to the full goods load.

Question 2:  Where's J515?  Will there be steam at Ballarat this
weekend?
