I never argued otherwise!!!

I never said you didn't did I?

Thats my point, I said that by going to NRC I lost that amount of money in
super, I was trying (obviously not well enough) to say that I (like a lot
more) didn't go to NRC for the money, a point you tryed to use as the reason
why people did go there. (I lost money by going there)!!!

You are absolutely right, NRC are a pack of bastards with the way they treat
their employees, yes Vinnie does seem to want to create a truckie mentality
with Enginemen, yes he is a everything you imply, I have no arguement with
that. The fact that NRC are in the midst of industrial turmoil at the moment
is proof of Mr Grahams intransigence and his lack of understanding of
industrial issues. But your attack (for thats how it appeared) was directed
to the employees not to the cause. I hate NRC with a passion, but I'm sick
and tired of the continuing attacks on ordinary working people who just
happen to work for National Rail, I can't speak in your case, but I find
that most of these attacks come from people who tried to get jobs with NRC
but missed out, more a case of "Sour Grapes" that geniune opinion of the
issues.

I agree again with you on this issue, but isn't that the cause of the
current EA fight going on between the RT&BU and that excuse for management
in NRC right now?
