Empty cars. The first 3 downs then a number after that are empty.>

No trains are stored at Melton. All run empty out from Melbourne to form
ups.>

Have seen a control graph and it would not look out of place in the cyclone
fence archives. Rockbank gets a lot of crosses and there are some at Melton
as well.
