No, it isn't a millennium problem. It computers had existed in the 1800s and
stored the year in 2 digit format, the same problem would have occurred in
1900 as is occurring now.
Apart from that, the new millennium doesn't start till 2001 so I will only
be celebrating the new year on Jan 1st 2000.
