It probably had something to do with the Serviceton pass being cut back to Dimboola
in the 40's and being replaced by a Petrol Electric Rail Motor. Maybe that was like
a peanut compared to the pass. You may well be right about the Ararat to Horsham
being The Peanut only to rail fans because I only remember hearing it thus.
