A pusher is what you might call a stroller today. I don't know todays real term
because my kids are mid 20's and not yet parents. A pusher might also be called
a small pram but where the child only sat up although some could recline a bit
just like the seats in the Victorian Railways saloon cars eg AZ & BZ etc.
