You have yet to propose a solution that would achieve a "significant overall
transit time advantage", and no, the idea for a tunnel underneath Railway
Square to terminate at Central does not count.

Yes, significantly being the operative word. How exactly would changing to a
bus, or even a train, make a journey from the Inner West to the CBD
'significantly' quicker?
