The offer was made by SLRC to construct both the CBD and Inner West extensions
as a package without government assistance. This was confirmed recently in the
Daily Telegraph by CGEA management, and I have already posted figures based on
the EIS to show that the *consortium* had budgeted to construct the Inner West
extension without seeking government assistance. Why do you persist in arguing
the contrary? If you can substantiate your claim, please enlighten us.
