IIRC, the first revenue standard gauge service to Fishermans Island had a
single NR. It had to return to Acacia Ridge cab trailing. It seems Brisbane
NR drivers didn't like that idea. Now, it is not uncommon to see two NR's
back to back hauling a whopping six empty container flats, returning with
about eight loaded.
