That is fair enough for a Standard Gauge train. Surely though, a Broad Gauge
train would not have to get a train order for the Tottenham B to Manor section
from ARTC control as existing safeworking (Electric Staff) would be adequate as
the BG train cannot proceed beyond Newport on the SG.
