The Daylink is a bus most of the way so forget it.  There is one
daylight train per week Adelaide to Melbourne (The Ghan) on Wednesdays -
which the 17th March is!  That would be a preferrable mode of transport,
but if you are short of time and have to fly this sector then dont worry
it is not the most scenic journey in Australia.
