If you are coming with only 3 weeks then you would be better off
arriving in Perth and catching Prostpector to Kalgoorlie , then the
Indian Pacific to Augusta in South Australia , pick up on the Ghan in SA
, flying from Alice to Cairns doing your bit on the Cairns Kuranda
railway and catching the train south from Cairns to Brisbane and maybe
even onto Sydney if you like train travel so much. You will probably not
have enough time to do Sydney, Melbourne as well as Sydney Canberra
