Re: Stony Point and former Mornington and Altona lines c.1983

OK now we are talking. Heavy Rail, this light rail business as a feeder is
short sighted (IMO). In the CBD or inner suburbs ie: St Kilda - Pt Melbourne
maybe???

But to build a Light Rail line to Mornington along the railway formation,
isolated from any chance of ever being connected to the main (Tram) system
would in the long run be an expensive mistake, in the meantime buses would
be the answer.
