Distribution points south of Frankston (for both sides of the Peninsula) would
be an excellent idea, as you could cut down the amount of traffic going into
Frankston (wait until you see Nepean Hwy and Frankston-Flinders Rd in peak
hour). At the same time, the crowding of Frankston station car park may be
reduced - currently there is a siginifcant lack of parking spaces.

While you are at it, convert bus route 788 [Frankston to Portsea] to Metcard
ticketing (this route is one of the few that has a separate ticket system). It
seems everyone except the politicians want this to happen - but then this is
proably nothing new. I believe that doing this could increase bus usage,
especially if more services were added.
