And as I said, what I publish is my business, what Craig publishes is his.
Craig chose to publish his pay details, you came back and said he was
legally liable to do so. So back it up.

I have chosen not to publish my pay details. That does not absolve you from
backing up your claim that it was unlawful for Craig to publish his details.

I did not put words in your mouth - you did that just fine without my help.

And why don't I believe you? Probably because the information that was
divulged is freely available anyway, and I could have obtained it *if* I had
bothered to go to the Industrial Commission.

Not related to Rod Speed by any chance?

>Confidentiality clauses are part of life, friend!

"You ain't actually established that such a clause was applicable in this
case".

And they have a particular duty of care to the passenger in those cases -
nothing like what you are quoting here.

Nope - it is irrelevant to the current debate. The current debate concerns
the right of a worker to disclose their wages if they choose to do so. My
wages have nothing to do with that. Craig chose to disclose his. I choose
not to do so.

>should also disclose full details of their own work contracts also, or just

Take your own medicine.
