You seem to have missed the point (as have most of the parties with a
vested interest in building more airports) that if high-speed rail is
provided to take a high proportion of the shorter interstate and
intrastate air traffic, the number of planes needing to use the existing
airport can be reduced to the point where capacity is not exceeded, and
therefore a second airport will not be needed at Badgery's Creek or
anywhere else in the relevantly-immediate future.
