You miss the point - this only happens in the afternoon peak - it would not
matter so much for trains to be running late from the City to Waterfall in
the morning peak, so if they turn the train around at Edgecliff or Martin
Place, then it would be on time through Town Hall and Central, and not lose
its path from there on.
