Yes by miniature electric staff. The entire line from Kalgoorlie to Port Pirie was
electric staff when built. In later years Train Orders superseded it except from Stirling
North to Port Augusta and later on to Spencer Junction. I have photos of the panel and
instrument at Spencer Junction.
