In Australia, that is.

In the UK it's up to about 300km where 200km/h running is common. Between,
say, London and Manchester the time saving by flying is only about 20
minutes. Delays at Heathrow and Gatwick can mean the time saving is often
zero.

In France and Japan it's probably about 400km.
