with regard to numbers, it sounds like there is alot of splicing in
these, here is an announcement i heard at wyong a few days ago and ive
put in a / where i think there is a splice

Attention / platform number / 3 / the / 12 / 50 / 3 / service to /
newcastle / is running approximately / 12 / minuites / late / cityrail
apologises for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

then

The train arriving on / platform number / 3 / is / the / 12 / 50 / 3 /
service to / newcastle / stopping at / warnervale / wyee (ect ect ect)

so with numbers you would only have
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,30,40,50
and minute<S> , hours ect
