Agreed, but I think the swiftness of removing graffiti has declined over the
past 18 months in order to keep carriages in service and as a result the
appearance is suffering.  Further to my post of 2/11/98 wondering why the
17:42 Town Hall-Hornsby via Epping seems to get hit often (I wrote 17:47 by
mistake in the original message), that evening the front carriage was covered
in white paint with the bottom deck windows completely covered - obviously
disturbed in mid-paint.  Where are the sets for this run stabled to allow it
to get hit so often? (they are mainly K sets on the run).
