The Powerhouse does not own the boiler shell. When the loco frame,
tender frame, tender body and boiler were stored at Clyde yard they were
owned bt RTM. When the ultimatum came to move them or lose them, RTM
ceeded ownership of all four pieces to Dorrigo. Dorrigo then placed the
boiler on permanent loan to the Powerhouse, with the proviso that if
Dorrigo ever took possession of the rest of the locomotive, the boiler
would be returned.
