Nothing to do with danger.

It is the time taken.  It probability works out the same time, but catching
a train direct to newmarket and tram/walk I find better than a guided tour of
North Melbourne.  After the exam finishes they have 1 or 2 B class trams
running via heymarket.  No much use unless you are doing a 3 hour exam and
first out.  The first tram gets packed and the secound sits there for about
20 minutes in which time I can walt to Ascto Vale station and catch a train
to Spencer St.

They should run a few more trams via heymarket to get there, and let us catch
the empty car trains from Flemington Racecourse at the showgrounds.
