<sigh>  As Emmerson said, "Foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of
small minds".

The simple quoting of very small portions of press reports that
illuminate a particular point that arose from a different source has
nothing to do with "speculation".  

But why let facts get in the way of one of your little tantrums.
