Can't do that with any air-conditioned double deck stock presently running. The
reason is that the pantograph is mounted on the trailer car, and the motor
control gear is on the motor car. This has a lot to do with ceiling real
estate. It could probably be done with with 25 kV AC, as the electrical
equipment would not have to be as large, but Victoria is 1500V DC, so forget it.
