This rings a bell.  Now I know exactly who he is.  A friend told me he once
boarded a peak hour train and started yelling his lungs out about where he was
going that day.  That worried some passengers and had the rest pissing

He has been banned from the Epping RSL and has been known to sneak into St
Albans Church at Epping during a service and pinch handbags.  The minister has
been known to warn parishioners to hold onto their valuables if he is in the
church.  He also has been known to steal lollies from a certain milk bar at
Beecroft.

He is one of those people who should have been put down at birth.
