They were worked as branch lines like any other. The safeworking system on the
Outtrim was Staff and Ticket although for a number of years in the early part of
this century electric staff was used between Korumburra and Jumbunna. The Coal
Creek etc lines were always worked as sidings and it was case of you knew where
the others were. Is that the answer you wanted?
