Not that I am coming to Dillside/Badside's defence, but being so hot on
Friday, I know that the evening peak services was an absoulute shambles!!

It was slighty hot, and as most of us know, Comeng's and Hot wheather do
not mix. A Hitachi tangled it's pantograph at Toorak and was arcing onto
itself (a bit nasty), from around 3pm. There were major signalling
failures in ther inner area, and I know the 18:00 down Warrnambool left
Spencer St over 1.5 hours late with N475(!!)

Trains were all out of position and therefore 6car trains were used on
a lot of night time services. I was at Flinders St for about 40 mins just
after 10pm, and saw 4 Hitachi's leave and 4 6car Comeng's leave.
