Illawarra Line closure 17-18/8

Does anyone know when the Illawarra line south of Waterfall was first closed
on Monday evening?

Had to laugh at the ABC Radio 7pm news which after mentioning that all roads
were closed, reported the CityRail closure and that they were putting on
buses...

The ABC is now (1am Tuesday) reporting that no decision will be made on the
re-opening of the line until at least first light.
