Thats not correct David. Their are major problems with this installation.

Both power cars sit over special pits in Plat 1 and are fueled via. long
hoses, from
pumps mounted along the inner roadway. The tank is mounted under this
roadway
and over recent months, many technicians have been digging around the
installation
trying to rectify the problem. The  TRITON>>Shell<< roadtanker meets every
arrival and fuels the XPT over the special pits, bypassing the permanent
installation.
