Huh?

There has been extensive track replacement progressively going on
along the North Shore line for several years, with much of the track
relaid with concrete sleepers, the special work renewed, and extensive
replacement of catenary, though using the existing structures - except
where major track rearrangements were made, such as at St Leonards and
Gordon.
