You get 4-car trains in the off peak on the Richmond line?
I think that'd be the weekend, but what about the K sets that run there?
many off peak City-Richmond services are 8-car K sets (generalising, they're
really no different from 8 car S sets according to the working TT, it just
so happens that West grabs a large share of the K sets that are available!)
