Haven't any of you guys heard of the The Rail Safety Act? What is being
proposed is ILLEGAL and there are severe penalties for non compliance
with the Act.

One of a group of people that operated a trike on a north west line a
few years ago were seriously injured in an accident. Perhaps others
reading aus.rail could explain the consequences for legitimate trike
operators in New South Wales, because of the irresponsibility of those
few individuals!
