Train crews do not have access to State Rail's Intranet, meaning they would
have to rely on external email.  I don't see a problem, except that they don't
seem interested in keeping us up to date.  For example, the latest Weekly
Notice just came out, listing all safeworking status sheets.  I was under the
impression that Train Crews were to receive all amendments automatically, but I
haven't received the September or December 2000 amendments yet.
