You mean the SRA as being the owner of the 35 and most of the other stuff
down there?

They have a oil burning 59 down there, a much cheaper option would be to
take the oil firing parts and tender off that and re-convert the good 59
back as a oil burner.
If they tried to convert the 35 they would be pinching parts off that 59
anyway.
