Unfortunately, Nathan, you DO get paid to hear them winge. Well, at least,
you are supposed to be emplyed to help and advise your customers how to
travel on the trains to their best advantage. Sure there are regulations
which might not permit them to travel in the manner they would desire, but
it is your place to empathise with them so that they can be advised in a
courtious manner the reason why, say, Day Trippers are not available from
Morisset. Calling them stupid [whether they are or not] will only cause
further friction.
