Re: Alice Springs - Darwin contract signing this week




Its funny as Mt Isa will not be too far from the standard gauge line. Surely
as a minimum there will be a temptation to spur a line off to Mt Isa.

Dual gauge freight trains could then run freight Darwin - Mt Isa - Brisbane.
