ATEC (Everald Comptons' Melbourne-Darwin Railway) is commencing a
pre-feasability study into a Cloncurry-Tennant Creek line by the end of this
year.  I suppose they would be happy about the Alice to Darwin line -
there's a chunk of the melbourne-darwin line that they don't have to build
now....
