Umm no, I don't think so.

Over here we had G-12s built in the US, Canada, and in Australia by Clyde. I
don't think there was any great difference in the Australian built ones.
Similarly we have G-22s that were built in Canada and other G-22s that were
built by Clyde; again I don't think Clyde went to the trouble of redesigning
them to suit local conditions.
