The WAL is the former WAGR commisioners car. It was on the end of the BG
train during the parallel run on Good Friday. It will look totally out
of place on a train of wooden V cars because of it's large size. It is
right at the limit of the Victorian loading gauge. I think WCR are using
it as a crew car.
