No - just that the RTM has set different priorities.    It sees it as
being essential to set up operations based on the "Southern Aurora"
rolling stock (including the S.A. dining car train) and associated
diesel motive power, in order to maximise the financial return from the
general public to support its overall preservation activities, including
steam locomotives.
