Does anyone know why v/line pass is devoid of locomotives. For the last
4 nights peak trains have been delayed as we wait for a train to arrive
so we can pinch it's loco.
Why couldn't they hire loco's from GNR or WCR or even FA
GNR have one or two broad gauge loco's. Maybe only T's but they're a
start.
WCR have one spare S/B They could share, even there T's would help. What
about grabbing the cow catcher of R766 putting it on R711 and put R711
to some real good use.
