Yeah - it is the 4 car mark.

But, due to overcrowding at Town Hall, the guard opened another carriage
, but the driver got relieved at Central and the new driver didn't
realise, so he puts one carload of passengers in the tunnel scrambling
along beside the train as it starts to pull off....

Like Town Hall platform 5 is - the barricades prevent passengers getting
off in the Nightsafe area from walking along the platform without moving
the barriers first.

Take a look at Sydenham Number 6 - The Nightsafe area is right near the
stairs - about 5 metres from the 4 car marker.   Brain dead morons
strike again.
