Also Bayside servce more <red light> district of Melbourne then Connex,
hence their trains/facilities are likely to get damage and leads to
cancellation.

Connex : Collingwood
Bayside: Footscray/Springvale/Dandenong and St Kilda is not far away from
Balaclava.
