To be fair, Bayside is taking on new drivers to solve the shortage of
qualified drivers, something all operators are struggling with. All that
ever usually happens when jobs are advertised is deck shuffling of qualified
drivers between companies with no new staff.
Bayside has taken on 8 new off the street trainees and a number of
'retreads' drivers coming back after an extended absence who get a shorter
retraining
