Just an 'aside" from the main topic here, I checked some of my old note
books from my SM Sydney days in 70's and it appears that the PTC at the time
didn't give much consideration to Sleeping Car heating at all. I have train
consists that regulaly show LLV's or GLX's etc leading, followed by a
non-heated FS or MCE then the Sleeping cars etc
